Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday and include bed linen and electricity. Towels, other than a hand towel and tea towels in the kitchen, are not provided.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the beginning of the holiday.
We prefer there to be no smoking inside the house.
