The Property
The house, parts of which are thought to be 150 years old, was until about 30 years ago a baker's shop and épicerie. The house comfortably sleeps 4 with the following accomodation.
Downstairs: A very well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a full sized electric cooker, fridge/freezer and a microwave.
A utility area containing an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
A shower room.
Bedroom 1. – a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and two easy chairs.
Upstairs: A large beamed sitting room with views in three directions. There are two comfortable settees, two easy chairs, a coffee table and a second table with four chairs. There is also a cupboard containing games and jigsaws.
Bedroom 2 with a double bed and two chests of drawers. There is a wardrobe on the landing.
Bathroom with a separate shower cubicle.
Extra Facilities: There is a radio/CD player in both the kitchen and sitting room and a hairdryer in each bedroom.
Outside: Outside there is a private courtyard garden with tables, chairs, a parasol and barbecue.
